A very encouraging number of members and friends turned up to take part in our annual general meeting last night,
Monday November 21. The reports from president Kingsley, Treasurer Shane and Secretary Ed were well received
and questions posed by members were all answered by the executive. Overall, the club appears in a sound position
with good facilities and an expensive engine rebuild on the aircraft done and paid for.
Elections of a new executive took place with Kingsley Picker returned as president, David Bull as vice president
and Ed Collins as secretary. Shane Moorhead declined his nomination to continue as treasurer and the position was
taken up by Col Frost. Congratulations to all newly and re-elected executive members and a special thanks to Shane for
his thorough and energetic work as treasurer over the past years.
Very strong and positive interest was shown in positions as board members. A ballot had to be taken to elect the
team of six from an enthusiastic list of nominations. Congratulations to all new and continuing board members listed
here with their areas of responsibility...

General business issues raised at the meeting included the financing of the engine rebuild on the club aircraft
and the dissemination of reports on monthly meetings to members. These important issues were discussed and
resolved.
All members are encouraged to contact board members for details of any issues raised and comments, inquiries and
suggestions are always welcome. We look forward to an exciting and productive 2006 club year ahead.
