Members hiring our club aircraft can now access the hangar using a numerical code.
With the introduction of new security measures to regional aerodromes, Bathurst Aero Club has decided to
limit the number of hangar keys it distributes and has now installed a strong box containing a hangar key
on the landside hangar door. A numerical code is required to open the box and this code will be available only
to members who have booked the aircraft or who need to access the hangar for other official club purposes.
When a member confirms a booking of the aircraft using our online booking system, they will get information on how to
obtain the security code and will be alerted whenever the code is changed.
Members are asked to please make sure the strong box is closed and locked after use
and to respect the confidentiality of the security code.
